Guided Installation Service ($99)
Non-refundable once the session has been scheduled
Full Installation Service ($199)
Non-refundable once installation has been performed
Managed Cloud hosting (add-on)
Prorated refund for unused days if cancelled in first 30 days
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@smtconstructions.com with the subject line “Refund Request — SMT-CRM” and include:
- Your name and email used at checkout
- PayPal transaction ID
- Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original PayPal account.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
To cancel: log in to your PayPal account and cancel the recurring payment, or email us and we will cancel it for you.
Managed Cloud customers: Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 14 days. After that it is permanently deleted from our servers.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
